Founder · Sport Relationships

Hnat Domenichelli is a Canadian-born, Swiss-based entrepreneur and investor, and the founder of Haleleo. His vision for Haleleo is grounded in a 30-year career at the highest levels of professional sports: 18 years as a professional athlete, followed by a 12-year executive career as an NHLPA-certified agent and General Manager.

Few people have sat on both sides of the table the way Hnat has. As an agent, he built and protected the careers of professional athletes; as a General Manager, he negotiated on behalf of an organization. Across that career, he has been party to deals worth hundreds of millions of dollars — experience that gives him a rare, dual-sided command of negotiation, valuation, and long-term career strategy in professional sports.

That track record is the foundation Haleleo is built on: deep market knowledge, a high-caliber professional network spanning athletes, advisors, and organizations worldwide, and an unwavering commitment to the people he works with. Honesty, integrity, and discipline aren't just values Hnat lists — they're what earned him credibility on both sides of some of the industry's highest-stakes negotiations.

Hnat is based in Lugano, Switzerland, and maintains properties in North America, where he travels regularly for business. He is fluent in English and Italian.
